Strawberry and raspberry upick
Van Laeken Farms is a 5 generation farm located in Ridgefield, Washington. Serving the community with the opportunity to upick strawberries and raspberries during the months of May-July
VARIETIES
We have three varieties of conventionally raised strawberries this year!
Sweet Sunrise. Living up to its name, this is a very sweet berry that doesn’t need much sun to develop a delicious flavor. It is an early variety berry with a shorter season (about 4-5 weeks).
Tillamook Variety berries are sweet, firm and usually large! It's a hardy berry. They're great for eating or freezing.
Mary's Peak is a fast favorite among customers, it is small, sweet and flavorful berry!
Our strawberry plants are sprayed at the flowering stage with a fungicide to protect the plants from the rainy PNW environment.
All varieties are $2.50/lbs
Our raspberry variety is Meeker. Perfect for jams and jellies, the Meeker is a delicious variety perfect for the PNW. Price to be determined.

DO I BRING MY OWN CONTAINERS?
Yes! Please bring your own containers, boxes, or cartons. We will weigh your container at check-in and subtract the weight from your total. Due to supply issues we are not able to provide containers at this time.
CAN I BRING MY PET?
No, we cannot allow pets into the fields in accordance of the FDA and USDA. Because of the warm weather expected during berry season, and potential disturbance to workers, pickers, and neighbors- we will not allow you to leave your pet in the car while you upick.
DO YOU TAKE CASH, CARD, CHECK, OR ONLINE CURRENCY?
We will accept cash or debit or credit card. There is a $5.00 minimum for card purchases.

The strawberry field is located at 4600 NW 169th St Ridgefield, Washington. From exit 9 on I-5, head west on 179th. Turn left on 41st Ave. Turn right on 169th Street and follow the signs to enter the field.
